Do I have to pay for extras?
Depending on the art piece, yes. Extra characters, say for a couple art piece or a group art piece, raises the price, but pets and tiny accessories (purses, briefcases, foods, drinks, etc.) are free of charge! Visit my business carrd or contact me for more precise pricing.
How do I contact you?
Social media DMs are the fastest way to communicate with me! Check out the contact page on here as well for more links out to my social media.
What is a rough estimate of when my commission will be finished?
Unless the customer provides a deadline that I have agreed to, typically within 2-4 weeks. If I have a queue I am working on, I will inform you when I will be able to start on your sketch and when it will be finished. Check my trello for the waiting list or the progress done on your commission if you've already paid for it!
When do I pay? Is it a half up front and half later? Or do I have to pay all upfront?
Typically, I accept payment after the commissioner decides on a sketch after I have sent multiple thumbnail sketches. Otherwise, art pieces that are $80 + can have split payment where 50% of the final purchase is paid after the sketch and the other 50% is paid after the art piece is completed. Payment is due all up front for sketch commissions only.
Can I use your art as my profile picture/banner/icon?
Yes, of course! I'd be honored. You can use my art for anything that is personal use. I only don't permit the using of my art for merchandise or commercial use (unless discussed otherwise).
I don’t have a reference sheet but I have a character in mind that I want drawn. What can I do?
You can use avatar apps or bases and ask me for minor changes if you’d like, but I cannot create an art piece for your character if it does not have a reference.
Can I commission someone else’s character?
If you have their permission/ if they are okay with that, of course you can! I don’t mind at all making a gift for someone.
What can I expect commissioning you?
I will dedicate a part of my time to completely focus on your commission to make sure I provide my best effort. I truly appreciate any customer who is interested in my artwork enough to pay for it, so I will respect your time and money by giving my best work. I try my best to make sure every piece meets your expectations :)
If you have any questions that are not answered here, contacts are still open for questions!

BEFORE THE PROCESS
• Any customer attempting to commission hate art (art that is homophobic, transphobic, racist, incestual, etc.) will be ignored.
• Confirm you have a reference of the character (unless you are commissioning a custom made character); I don’t mind whether it is a full fledged character sheet or simply an edit on a base!
• If the customer is abusive or unresponsive, I have the right to disown working on the commission.
Art pieces produced by me cannot be used for commercial use unless discussed otherwise.
• It is entrusted that the customer has read the T.O.S. before commissioning the artist ( me!)
• Lastly, please mention if you have a deadline or not so I can schedule properly, or deny the commission if I cannot make time for it. If no deadline is mentioned BY THE COMMISSIONER, then I will work at my own pace. I take 2-4 weeks at minimum (with updates).
*** note: Rush fees are possible but differ from commission to commission. A rush fee will place the client as a priority in the queue.
DURING THE PROCESS
Pay after Sketch Policy: Once the commission has been secured, I will sketch a thumbnail or the idea I have in mind for an illustration piece or a character art piece. Any major changes within the sketch will not be of any extra charge, so don’t be afraid to be specific! After payment is completed after or before sketch, the art piece will be continued.
Pay 50/50 Policy: For the comfort of the buyer, purchases at or above $80 can be split into being paid 50% upfront, and then the remaining amount after the art work is completed.
Pay upfront Policy: Sketch commissions are under this policy. I will begin the commission after payment.
Wips: I can send ‘work-in-progress’ pictures as frequent as the customer wishes! Typically, the minimum wips I send are of the sketch and the flat colors before I send the final render. Note: this is if the buyer is purchasing a regular illustration and not a sketch.
AFTER THE PROCESS
Artwork created by me can be used as portfolio examples UNLESS the commissioner clarifies in the beginning they'd like to keep the artwork private. Please communicate this!
• I hope you receive the commission you were looking forward to!
The customer is allowed to repost and/or edit the commission as long as they do not remove/ hide/ edit the watermark or claim to be the artist of the piece.
IF the customer is unhappy with their commission, full refunds are not available for my commissions, but communicate with me if you are unhappy with your commission. We could talk something out! Major changes after the completion of the piece will be priced as a new commission, so please make sure to speak your mind during the sketch or even wips process!
Do Not Use the Commission for AI Art, please! I do not support AI Art generators and I'd appreciate if you do not put my artwork into them. Thank you.
Tips are incredibly valued! I dream to work towards a full time career within art, so compliments and extra tips are truly my greatest motivation but of course, you are not obliged to. It’s been a pleasure doing business with you.

hey! this tab is to talk about myself if you're curious.Behind the screen, my name is Ray and I have big dreams of working with art as my career. Art has been my passion since I could pick up a pencil, so I'm proud to share my story with the world as I'm writing it. Currently saving up to pay for college, so that's where all my commission money is going to, haha.♦ 19
